(ANSA) - ROME, MAR 23 - Italy's Mattia Furlani on Sunday won
the long jump gold at the indoor worlds at Nanjing.
Furlani, 20, who has a Senegalese mother, won bronze at last
year's Olympics in Paris.
Furlani won gold with a leap of 8.30 meters, obtained on his
second jump.
Silver went to Jamaican Wayne Pinnock (8.29), and bronze to
Australian Liam Adcock (8.28). (ANSA).
