Full control of Ariston Thermo Rus returns to Ariston

(ANSA) - ROME, MAR 26 - The Russian Federation has returned to Ariston Holding N.V.

the ownership and full management of the shares of its Russian subsidiary, Ariston Thermo Rus LLC, the Marche-based white goods group said in a note Wednesday.
    The decision marks the end of the temporary management entrusted to Gazprom Bytovie Sistemy (a company of the Gazprom group), introduced by Presidential Decree no. 294 of 26 April 2024. "We warmly welcome the decision of the Russian authorities - declared Paolo Merloni, Executive Chairman of Ariston Group - which allows us to return to directly managing our subsidiary".
