Govt wise, prudent on Kyiv, US must be involved - League

(ANSA) - ROME, MAR 27 - The rightwing League party said Thursday the government had been wise and prudent in its stance on the Ukraine summit in calling for the involvement of the United States in the next summit.
    "The Italian government's line is good, wise and prudent, with the request to involve the United States", said Deputy Premier and Transport Minister Matteo Salvini's party, which has sometimes been at odds with other government members on foreign policy recently.
    The League underlined that "never before have we been working towards peace. Therefore it is necessary to lower the temperature and stifle warmongering impulses". (ANSA).
