Mortgage rates have fallen 1.14% since Dec says ABI

(ANSA) - ROME, NOV 16 - Italian mortgage rates have fallen 1.14% since last December, the Italian banking Association (ABI) said Saturday.
    The average rate has dropped from 4.42% in December 2023 to 3.28% in October, it said.
    Rates are set to fall further amid ECB cuts, it said.
