(ANSA) - Massa, January 7 - Equal opportunity officials
expressed outrage Wednesday after leaflets telling patients to
take "due precautions" were plastered outside the surgery of an
allegedly gay dentist in Tuscany.
"Notice to patients," read one of the leaflets, "a gay
dentist works here, you are kindly asked to be careful and take
the due precautions".
The leaflet was signed by a self-styled "organism for the
protection of patients against illnesses contracted in dentists'
environment".
The leaflet named the dentist, adding patients were begged
to "take the necessary precautions so as to protect their
health".
"We will hunt those responsible and take legal action,"
said Alessandro Bordoni, president of the local equal
opportunities commission.
