(ANSA) - Alghero, June 29 - Authorities using an
underwater robot recovered the body Monday of a 62-year-old
coral fisherman who drowned after diving in the sea some five
nautical miles from the Capo Caccia bay on the island of
Sardinia, police said.
The radio-controlled robot was used to search for the
fisher after other members of his crew gave the alarm when he
failed to surface.
The man, originally from Castelsardo, was not immediately
identified.
