(ANSA) - Rome, January 29 - Police played out possible
terror attack scenarios in Rome Friday in a simulation to test
the capital's antiterrorism plan.
Special forces officers, Carabinieri and other police
simulated various scenarios including an attack on a theatre, a
hotel and a conference centre during which hostages had been
taken.
Police and army chiefs as well as Interior Minister
Angelino Alfano attended the exercise.
