(ANSA) - Rome, May 4 - A 45-year-old Rome man was arrested
Wednesday on suspicion of sexually abusing two girls after
telling the father he could leave his daughters with him because
he was holding trials to become professional gymnasts.
The abuse was said to have taken place in a theater on the
outskirts of Rome, near a parish church.
On another occasion the alleged paedophile was said to have
posed as a physiotherapist to get close to a 15-year-old but the
girl managed to escape after he fondled her.
