29 probed for clocking-in fraud (2)

(ANSA) - Rome, September 29 - Finance police in the Sicilian city of Siracusa are investigating 29 civil servants for alleged clocking-in fraud, sources said on Wednesday. The suspects allegedly went off to do various activities, including shopping, other jobs, attending medical checks and returning home, during their work hours. The sources said the probe started in January 2015 and suspects were followed and recorded while committing clocking-in fraud.
