(ANSA) - Bari, April 18 - A row between two doctors over who
should use an operating theatre caused a one and a half hour
delay that caused the death of a newborn girl born by Caesarian
section in Bari a year ago, prosecutors said Tuesday.
The girl was strangled by her umbilical cord.
Eight people including the two surgeons and other medical
staff at the Di Venere Hospital could be facing a trial into the
incident, judicial sources said.
