Kenya kidnapping terrible - Moavero

(ANSA) - Rome, November 23 - Foreign Minister Enzo Moavero said Friday that the kidnapping by gunmen in Kenya this week of Silvia Costanza Romano, a 23-year-old Italian volunteer working for a NGO, was a "terrible episode". "We have been following it from the start with the foreign ministry's crisis unit," Moavero told State broadcaster RAI. "The Kenyan authorities are working hard and we are following events very, very closely".
