(ANSA) - Alessandria, January 4 - A 24-year-old woman from
Ovada near Alessandria was arrested Friday on suspicion of
murdering a 53-year-old man found in a field there on New Year's
Eve.
The victim was named as Massimo Garitta.
She has confessed to running him over with her Lancia Ypsilon
after picking him up shortly before.
She is believed to have acted in anger after he offended her,
but the full motive is still unclear.
