(ANSA) - ROME, DEC 21 - Police in Palermo on Tuesday executed
warrants to detain three people involved in an alleged scam to
enable anti-vaxxers to appear to have had the COVID-19 jab and
get the Green Pass health certificate when in reality they had
not.
Among the three suspects is a nurse who allegedly pretended to
vaccinate people for the coronavirus, but did not actually
injected doses into them, in exchange for cash.
Filippo Accetta, a leading member of the local anti-vax
movement, is also among the suspects. (ANSA).
