(ANSA) - ROME, JUL 8 - A 20-year-old Italian man has died
from burns suffered while lighting a barbecue near Naples
Thursday night, police said Friday.
The man died of multiple clinical complications in a burns unit
in a Naples hospital.
He suffered the critical burns when the alcohol he was using to
power the barbecue blew up in his face, engulfing his body.
The incident happened at Casoria.
The man was taken to Naples' Cardarelli Hospital and was
initially reported not to be in a life-threatening condition.
An autopsy has been ordered. (ANSA).
