(ANSA) - ROME, OCT 17 - The Italian foreign ministry on
Monday told Italians to leave Ukraine amid Russian cruise
missile and drone attacks in Kyiv and across the country.
In a tweet, the Farnesina said it "strongly recommends that
co-nationals still present in Ukraine should leave the country.
"Travel to Ukraine in any form is absolutely forbidden.
The tweet was carried by the Italian embassy in Ukraine
following a string of "armed attacks in Kyiv and on Ukraine's
territory". (ANSA).
