EU supports Rome bid to host Expo 2030

(ANSA) - ROME, MAR 20 - Rome has the full backing of the European Union in its bid to host Expo 2030, diplomatic sources reported the High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Josep Borrell as saying Monday.
    "We will mobilise all the delegations" of the EU throughout the world "to support Rome's bid for Expo and we hope that everyone will support the Italian bid", Borrell is reported to have said during the Foreign Affairs Council in Brussels. (ANSA).
