(ANSA) - ROME, MAR 22 - Italy was hit on Wednesday by the
latest in a series of cyberattacks by pro-Russian hackers.
The noname057(16) hacker group staged attacks on the sites of
the government, the Lower House and several ministries, among
other targets.
The postal police were supporting the affected entities and the
IT systems were said to be holding up.
In claiming responsibility for the attacks on its Telegram
channel, the group referred to the training 20 Ukrainian
soldiers recently got in Italy on the Samp-T anti-missile system
and the comments Premier Giorgia Meloni made on Tuesday about
there not being the necessary conditions for peace negotiations.
