Baby bleeds out 'after ritual circumcision'

(ANSA) - ROME, MAR 24 - A 20-day-old Nigerian baby boy bled to death Friday and police said they thought he had been subjected to a ritual circumcision.
    The boy's parents rushed him to hospital but he arrived there dead.
    Some 5,000 such circumcisions are performed in Italy every year, and 35% of them clandestinely, according to the latest figures.
