Sustained some damage after take-off from Malpensa

(ANSA) - ROME, JUL 24 - A Delta Airlines Milan-New York flight was rerouted to Rome due to bad weather Monday.
    The Delta flight Dl 185, departing from Milan Malpensa and bound for New York JFK was diverted to Fiumicino airport "after encountering adverse weather conditions after take-off", Delta said.
    The flight landed shortly before 2pm at the Roman airport "safely and passengers disembarked normally".
    "The aircraft sustained some damage during the bad weather which is being reviewed by our local maintenance team," the US company said. (ANSA).
