(ANSA) - ROME, OCT 26 - A woman in Pavia has sued
successfully to 'evict' her two 40-something sons arguing that
they have been scrounging off her for too long.
The 75-year-old mother convinced a judge in the northern city
that the men, aged 40 and 42, were taking advantage of their
mother in continuing to live in the family home despite her
entreaties to get their own homes and fully provide for
themselves, since both have jobs, local daily La Provincia
Pavese reported Thursday.
Judge Simona Caterbi upheld her suit and gave the sons until
December 18 to leave the maternal home. (ANSA).
