(ANSA) - ROME, FEB 27 - Between twenty-five and thirty
million euro is the total amount of compensation paid so far to
the families of the fourteen victims of the Mottarone cable car
accident on 23 May 2021 and to the only survivor, Eitan Biran,
the boy who is now nine years old, sources said Tuesday.
Biran alone has been given three million euros in compensation.
The figures came from Leitner and Reale Mutua, the insurance
company of the Mottarone railway company and some of the
defendants. (ANSA).
