(ANSA) - ROME, MAR 5 - A 38-year-old Romanian woman was
arrested near Foggia in Puglia Tuesday on suspicion of stabbing
to death her 60-year-old Italian partner at Ischitella Monday
afternoon.
The victim was named as Vincenzo Silvestri and the woman as Ana
Toader.
The man was allegedly stabbed to death in his home in the
historic centre of the Puglia town with two stab wounds, to the
neck and the chest.
The motive is as yet unknown. Police are searching the building
for the murder weapon. (ANSA).
