(ANSA) - ROME, APR 5 - A 45-year-old worker died while
working on the roof of the Momo Theatre in Mestre outside Venice
on Friday in the latest in a long spate of workplace accident
deaths in Italy.
According to an initial reconstruction, the man reportedly fell
while standing above a skylight.
Venice police are at the scene.
The man is believed to have died instantly.
Venice Mayor Luigi Brugnaro voiced his "deepest sympathies" to
the man's relatives. (ANSA).
