(ANSA) - ROME, APR 8 - Staff at Milan's Bicocca University
can take their pets to work with them from Monday.
Professors, lecturers, researchers and technical and
administrative staff as well as librarians are being allowed to
bring their dogs, cats and other pets to work with them.
The pets have to have an ID microchip, be enrolled on the
national pet archive, have their vaccination and anti-parasite
certificates, and have insurance against damaging persons or
property.
But pets won't be allowed in areas having to do with the public,
in lecture rooms, conference or meeting rooms, libraries, or
other spaces. (ANSA).
