(ANSA) - ROME, JUN 28 - Padua has launched a campaign against
what the Veneto city calls "bikini discrimination" putting up
posters with all sizes of women wearing the iconic two-piece and
with the rhetorical question "What body type is right for a
bikini? All".
The city near Venice is putting up some 300 of the posters
showing six different models, from slim to curvy to plus size.
"Fighting gender violence and discrimination can sometimes be
done with the light touch of provocation," said the city
council. (ANSA).
