(ANSA) - ROME, JUL 1 - Approximately 2.322 million people in
Italy aged between 15 and 70 have experienced some form of
harassment at work in their lifetime, Istat said in a report on
Monday.
The national statistics agency said 1.895 million of the
victims, 81.6%, were women, in the report covering the years
2022 and 2023.
That means that 13.5% of the total number of women in Italy aged
between 15 and 70 have suffered harassment at work .
The report added that around 298,000 women in Italy have been
subjected to sexual blackmail at work. (ANSA).
