(ANSA) - ROME, JUL 4 - An Italian man slashed his brother's
throat and decapitated him while he was sleeping, throwing the
head from the balcony, before calling the police near Benevento
south of Naples on Wednesday night.
The incident took place at Pannarano.
The man has been arrested.
The reason for the murder are not yet known, but it was
committed after a row over petty issues, police said..
The man was named as Benito, 57, and the brother as Annibale, a
70-year-old pensioner. (ANSA).
