(ANSA) - ROME, OCT 9 - A 30-year-old man has been arrested by
Carabinieri police after strangling his wife to death in front
of the couple's two children aged four and six early on
Wednesday in the town of San Felice a Cancello, near the
southern city of Caserta, sources said.
It is the latest in an alarming spate of femicides to take place
in Italy.
The killer is an Albanian national, as was the 24-year-old
victim, the sources said. (ANSA).
