(ANSA) - ROME, OCT 15 - Andrea Stroppa, the Italian contact
for Elon Musk's SpaceX, allegedly received a classified foreign
ministry document from one of those placed under investigation
in a major graft probe involving tech company Sogei and the
defence and interior ministries, a prosecutors' warrant said
Tuesday.
Stroppa is suspected of receiving a confidential Farnesina
document from a suspect in exchange for benefits, it said.
Stroppa is therefore accused by the Rome prosecutor's office of
complicity in corruption.
In particular, the prosecutors say that a Navy staffer in
collaboration with the legal representative of Olidata and
Stroppa "committed acts contrary to his official duties by
illegitimately revealing to Stroppa official information
intended to remain secret". (ANSA).
