(ANSA) - ROME, NOV 27 - A city councillor in Genoa says she
was sexually abused at the age of 12, leading to a police probe.
"I was living in the heart of wealthy Genoa, when I was
physically and psychologically abused within the walls of my
home", Red-Green councillor Francesca Ghio told her colleagues
in the council room on Tuesday.
A probe for aggravate sexual violence against a minor has been
opened against person or persons unknown. (ANSA).
