(ANSA) - ROME, NOV 28 - An urgent appeal to the regional
administrative court (TAR) of Lazio against a back-to-work order
issued by Deputy Premier and Transport Minister Matteo Salvini
for transport workers during a national strike scheduled on
Friday was not the one presented by CGIL and UIL, the two labour
unions said in a note on Thursday.
"The urgent appeal against the back-to-work order rejected by
TAR, on which media outlets have reported, is not the one
presented by CGIL and UIL", the unions explained in the
statement.
Earlier on Thursday, the transport ministry said TAR had
rejected an appeal filed by a number of unions against the
back-to-work order. (ANSA).
