(ANSA) - ROME, DEC 1 - Napoli beat Torino 1-0 to remain at the top of the standings on Sunday.
    With a goal scored by Scott McTominay, Antonio Conte's side maintained their Serie A leadership with 32 points.
    Meanwhile Lazio faced a 3-1 defeat at Parma with the host's goals scored by Dennis Man, Haj Mohamed and Enrico Delprato stopping the Biancocelesti's race for first place after five consecutive victories. (ANSA).
