(ANSA) - ROME, DEC 3 - Marks and injuries caused by third
parties have been found on the body of Liliana Resinovich, a
63-year-old Italian woman found dead in January 2022 three weeks
after going missing from her home in Trieste, a new medical
report says, according to the Il Piccolo newspaper.
The full findings of the medical-legal report by the experts of
the Trieste Public Prosecutor's Office are expected by December
15.
This could be a turning point in the case of Resinovch, who
disappeared from home on December 14, 2021 and was found dead on
January 5, 2022 in woods on the edge of a former psychiatric
hospital, not far from her home shared with her husband
Sebastiano Visintin.
Until now suicide has been suspected despite her body being
found in two black rubbish bags. (ANSA).
