Exports 1.9% down in October, imports -0.3% - ISTAT

(ANSA) - ROME, DEC 17 - ISTAT on Tuesday said it estimated exports had declined by 1.9% in October while imports had dropped by 0. 3% compared to the previous month.
    The monthly decline was more significant in exports towards markets outside the European Union (-3.2%), and more contained in the EU area (-0.7%). (ANSA).
