(ANSA) - ROME, DEC 28 - The government is working to boost
security against hacker attacks after a pro-Russian group
attacked Milan airport and foreign ministry websites Saturday in
the third hacker attack in three days, Deputy Premier and
Foreign Minister Antonio Tajani said.
"This morning's hacker attack is the third hacker attack in the
last three days," Tajani told the Senate.
"On these cyber attacks against our system, I have already
given a mandate to the Secretary General of the Farnesina to
prepare a reform of the ministry to also create a general
directorate that deals with cyber security and Artificial
Intelligence", he said. "We are working to react with great
determination to the cyber attacks that come from abroad. We are
repelling them all but we will raise the security threshold even
further for all the offices in the world". (ANSA).
