(ANSA) - ROME, JAN 6 - A 22-year-old woman was held against
her will and beaten by her 23-year-old ex boyfriend for two days
at Christmas in a hotel room near Naples, she said in a video
sent to an MP Monday.
The MP, Francesco Emilio Borrelli, said he was "perplexed" that
the alleged perp was only sent to house arrest.
Italy is experiencing a wave of gender violence and femicides.
