(ANSA) - ROME, OCT 6 - Italian rapper and pop star Fedez was
discharged from Milan's Fatebenefratelli hospital on Friday
after surviving a fresh health scare.
The 33-year-old spent eight days in the hospital after nearly
dying from massive blood loss caused by two ulcers linked to
pancreatic cancer surgery he had last year.
Fedez thanked the hospital, his doctors and "especially all the
blood donors.
"I will try in some way to shine the spotlight on this issue
because, without the donors, I would not be here today," said
the singer, who received three blood transfusions.
Fedez is one part of Italy's premier showbiz power couple with
influencer and businesswoman Chiara Ferragni. (ANSA).
