(ANSA) - ROME, OCT 12 - Italian architect Stefano Boeri said
Thursday that he was not worried about being put under
investigation for alleged bid rigging over the BEIC European
information and culture library project in Milan because he is
innocent.
"I am very calm," Boeri said on the sidelines of an event at
Milan's Palazzo Reale.
"I am certain that I am innocent of any possible charges. I am
happy and serene".
Another lesser-known architect, Raffaele Lunati, is also among
those under investigation.
Lunati was awarded the project, while Boeri was part of the
judging commission. Starchitect Boeri, 66, is the creator of the
iconic Vertical Forest in Milan, among other things. (ANSA).
