(ANSA) - ROME, APR 11 - Italy's hospitality sector rose 7% on
the pre-COVID period to 92 billion euros in food consumed
outside the home in 2023, sector group FIPE said Thursday.
The number of payrolled workers rose 6.
The sector's added value was up 3.9% to over 54 billion euro at
current prices, it said.
"The deep hole generated by the pandemic emergency is
definitively behind us," said FIPE President Lino Enrico
