(ANSA) - SKOPJE, 24 GIU - The Italian Ambassador to North Macedonia Andea Silvestri and his vicar participated in the inauguration of a new production line at the renowned wine-growing company Tikvesh, which was built entirely by Italian companies and with Italian technology.
The investment takes the form of a production line capable of bottling more than 1 million bottles per week and will allow, in addition to significant progress in this phase of production, the reduction of CO2 emissions by around 40% (135 tonnes per year), making Tikvesh the first company in the sector in the Balkans to be able to boast the achievement of this remarkable eco-sustainability result.
On the occasion, Ambassador Silvestri handed over a copy of the book '30 years of diplomatic relations between Italy and North Macedonia' to Svetozar Janevski, Chairman of the company's Board of Directors, as well as to the Mayor of Kavadarci, Mitko Janchev, for their lasting cooperation with our country.
