Poland: Ferrero report presented at Italian embassy

(ANSA) - VARSAVIA, 25 GIU - Ferrero Polska today presented their annual report on the company's achievements in the field of social and environmental responsibility at the Italian Embassy in Warsaw. Opening the event, Ambassador Luca Franchetti Pardo emphasised Ferrero's commitment to sustainable production and consumption with a focus on rural development and the protection of consumer health "by promoting a varied and balanced diet based on scientific evidence". The presentation was attended on behalf of the Polish Parliament by Senator Beata Malecka-LIbera and the Honourable Urszula Paslawska as well as representatives of the local press and trade associations.
