(ANSA) - ROMA, 04 LUG - The Italian ambassador in London, Inigo Lambertini, is on an official visit to the Isle of Man, in the Irish Sea between Ireland and Great Britain. The island is dependent on the British monarchy, but has its own government. As the first stop of the visit, the ambassador, accompanied by the Consul General of Italy in Manchester, Matteo Corradini, paid homage to the graves of Italian citizens who died while imprisoned on the island during World War II.
