Amb. Gatto at the World Climate Forum in Korea

(ANSA) - ROMA, 05 SET - The Italian Ambassador to Korea, Emilia Gatto, attended the World Climate Industry Expo 2024 organised by the Korean government and the International Energy Agency(Iea). The initiative was attended, among others, by the Prime Minister of the Republic of Korea Han Duk Soo and the Director General of the Iea, Fatih Birol . South Korea's port city became a key player in the international climate and energy debate. Opening the proceedings was Birol, on whom Korean President Yoon Suk Yeol recently conferred Korea's highest diplomatic honour for his important contributions to international energy and climate issues.
