Italian Language Week, poetry event in North Macedonia

(ANSA) - SKOPJE, 16 OTT - At Goce Delchev University in Shtip, North Macedonia, a seminar was held yesterday by the Italian Embassy's deputy head of mission, Mario De Rosa, dedicated to 20th century Italian poetry. During the event, held as part of the Week of the Italian Language in the World (Slim), De Rosa explored prominent authors and relevant themes that marked the Italian literary landscape of the last century.
    Special thanks to the Goce Delchev University of Shtip for hosting this important cultural moment, and to all participants for their interest in the rich Italian poetic tradition.
    The Slim 2024 events will continue today with a literary meeting with the well-known writer Dacia Maraini at the Europe House in Skopje at 7 pm.
