Power and its many faces', Diplomacy Festival starts

(ANSA) - ROMA, 17 OTT - On Wednesday 16 October, the Embassy of Italy to the Holy See hosted the press conference presenting the 15th edition of the Festival of Diplomacy, entitled 'Looking for Cratos - Power and its many faces', scheduled to run until 25 October. The Foreign Ministry made this known, emphasising that the founder and Secretary General Giorgio Bartolomucci presented the theme of this edition of the Festival, "as usual full of events that will be held in various institutional and academic venues in Rome".
    Together with him were Ambassador Giampiero Massolo, President of the Festival's Scientific Committee; Aurelio Regina, President of the Festival; Carlo Corazza, Head of the European Parliament Office Representation; Elena Grech, Acting Director of the European Commission Representation in Rome; and Roberto Sgalla, Director of the Centre for American Studies. For the Italian Development Cooperation Agency, the Director, Marco Riccardo Rusconi, and the Head of Communication and Institutional Relations, Ugo Ferrero, took the floor.
    At the end of the press conference, the Festival kicked off at Palazzo Borromeo with its first event entitled 'The Power of AI between Ethics and Realism', a dialogue between Ambassador Massolo and Father Paolo Benanti, advisor to the Holy Father on the subject of AI and President of the Commission on AI for Information of the Presidency of the Council, moderated by journalist Carmen Lasorella.
