(ANSA) - BRUXELLES, 17 NOV - The 9th Week of Italian Cuisine in Belgium, the event organised as part of the Week of Italian Cuisine in the World, kicked off.
The event this time started in Liège, where a large Italian community resides and where a conference dedicated to Italian cuisine, its roots and the Mediterranean diet took place at the University of Liège, with the participation of the University's Rector, Anne-Sophie Nyssen.
Guests included local authorities, representatives of Italian institutions, and representatives of the academic and cultural world of Liège, who were also able to taste typical Italian food and wine products for the occasion.
