(ANSA) - SOFIA, 07 FEB - The Ambassador of Italy in Sofia, Giuseppina Zarra, met the President of the National Assembly of the Republic of Bulgaria, Nataliya Kiselova.
The meeting - the Embassy reported in a note - provided an opportunity to take stock of the excellent relations between Italy and Bulgaria and the opportunities for collaboration in the bilateral sphere.
The conversation, which took place in an atmosphere of great cordiality, then focused on recent political developments, on the legislative programme, still being defined, and on the expected entry into the Eurozone. The topic of internal reforms was also addressed, in particular that of justice, in view of the contribution that the efficient operation of the judicial system can make to attracting investment to the country.
