'Home Italy' a great challenge says

(ANSA) - Rome, September 7 - Premier Matteo Renzi's 'Home Italy' plan for a decades-long programme to make Italy quake-proof is a "great challenge," Environment Minister Gian Luca Galletti said Wednesday. He said that "intervening for prevention is tough in politics, you need a lot of courage".
    Galletti also stressed "we are working to prevent tragedies while knowing full wkll that zero risk doesn't exist".
