Dairy product origin labels in force

(ANSA) - Rome, April 18 - Dairy products labels showing the origins of all ingredients became mandatory in Italy Tuesday.
    All raw materials in milk and cheese must be indicated in a "clear, visible and easily readable way". Farm Minister Maurizio Martina said "it's a historic turning point which will let us establish a more transparent and safer relationships between breeders, producers and consumers".
