Ukraine: Draghi is right, we can win the war - Zelensky

(ANSA) - ROME, MAY 12 - Ukrainain President Voldymyr Zelensky told Italian TV Thursday that Premier Mario Draghi was right in saying Ukraine can win the war against Russia.
    He said the Russian army was "four times bigger, their State is eight times bigger, but we are ten times stronger as people because we are on our own land. ..So Draghi is right, we can win because we are fighting for the truth and we are not alone".
    Zelensky told veteran journalist Bruno Vespa he was grateful to Draghi and happy Italy had backed EU sanctions on Russia.
    Zelensky said he was ready to talk to Russian President Valdimir Putin, "but without ultimatums".
    He said he did not think Putin could "save face" over Moscow's bogged-down invasion.
    Zelensky said it was "wrong" of leaders to ask Ukraine to cede territory, and said "we will never recognize a Russian Crimea".
    He said "the Russians must get out of our country, without compromises". (ANSA).
